Enjoy a beautiful day rooted in history, land, and water as you paddle the scenic Seine River Greenway. The Seine River has long been a vital part of Métis history. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or have some paddling experience, this urban river adventure offers a meaningful way to explore nature and Métis heritage from the water.

Participants can choose their own journey (4 to17 km) and launch from one of five designated launch sites. Volunteers will be stationed at each location to assist with registration, unloading, and parking.

The paddle will end at the Rendez-Vous in Lagimodière-Gaboury Park—a significant Métis historic site—where the grounds will come alive with a joyful gathering with live music by Andrina Turenne, food, prizes, and community celebration!

Shuttle buses, courtesy of the Office of Mayor Scott Gillingham, will be on site at Lagimodière-Gaboury Park to return paddlers to their launch location and vehicle after the Rendez-Vous.
